In mini T-ball we will follow a "learn to play" format and as such there are no assigned teams. There will be 5 to 6 stations set up on the field and a coach assigned to each station to assist players with the skill. A coach/parent will remain at an assigned station and the players will rotate to a new station every 10 – 15 minutes with another coach/parent.

Additional parents will be asked to assist each Saturday to help keep the players moving and on task with the skills. Please note that parent participation on the field counts towards volunteer points. Due to the number of players on the field I would like to keep the number of parents and siblings on the field to a minimum. At each station there should be 5-6 players, a coach and one/two parent helper/s – this should be enough.
