Lakehill Baseball and Softball Association AGM – Nov 13, 2019 @ 7:00 PM
To: All Lakehill Baseball and Softball Association Members:
In accordance with section 71 and section 77 of the Societies Act and Part 5 (Meetings) of the Lakehill Baseball and Softball Association Bylaws, the Board is calling for an Annual General Meeting to be held on November 13, 2019 at 7:00 PM in the Clubhouse located at Ambassador Park, 4130 Borden Street, Saanich, B.C.
All Members of the Lakehill Baseball and Softball Association are invited and encouraged to attend the November 13th Annual General Meeting.
In addition to reviewing the 2019 season, the election of candidates to fill vacant positions on the Lakehill Baseball and Softball Association Board will take place at the end of the meeting. In accordance with Part 5 (Meetings) of the Lakehill Baseball and Softball Association Bylaws, a Member in attendance shall be entitled to one (1) vote; proxy votes are not permitted. A formal agenda and notice of meeting will be sent via email to all current members at least 2 weeks in advance of the AGM. This will also contain the list of candidates.
Nominations from the Floor:
In accordance with section 6 of the Lakehill Little League Baseball Association Bylaws (Roberts Rules of Order) nominations from the floor will be accepted.
